Ron Fischer has an enviable record working with attorneys on estate and probate sales of real property. His specialty began with a personal experience settling estates within his own family, which has given him a real understanding of the emotions and anxieties clients often have over selling a family home.

He has a 34-year record selling all kinds of real estate – homes, condominiums, multi-family dwellings and businesses. He has closed literally hundreds of successful transactions totaling tens of millions of dollars. He is a Managing Broker at Windermere Real Estate/HKW Inc. with full access to all the resources windermere has to offer.

On the Personal Side, Ron and his close-knit family have lived in South Snohomish County for three decades and have become a well-established part of the community. He has served on the board of directors for the Snohomish County Association of Realtors and when time allowed, He teaches real estate to aspiring professionals. He is a US Navy Veteran and an active member of the VFW.

Philisophically, Ron focuses wholly on his clients goals, whether his client is the attorney or a family member.
